The winning beer at Swedish homebrewing championships 2009, brewed at Oppigårds by the winner.

Bottle at home from a trade with Per. Hazy golden with a small white head. Wheat, sweet malt, soapy, lots of citrus, coriander, not that yeasty. Dry and a bit bitter finish. I liked it and it would have been even better if it was less soapy.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Muddy pale blond color; small head. Besides the yeasty Wit aroma, also come paper (boring), lemon, crispy malt (nice). The body is light, with some spicy wheat, a lot of coriander, some malt crispness, a tad too much yeast, light citrusy freshness. Unfortunately the bitterness in unpurposely too high for this beer, almost disturbing, spoiling the late flavor and final.

330ml Bottle (Thanks Svesse) - Hazy golden with moderate carbonation and a white head. Slightly spicy aroma with hints of lemon and soap. Tangy and spicy taste with notes of lemon, coriander, grain and soap. Rather refreshing.

330ml bottle, thanks to Magne for sharing. Opaque, straw-yellow body covered by a thin, white layer. Wheat and citric fruits to the nose. Sweet fruity taste such as hermetic pears along with a spicy touch. Drying finish. Rather sweet (Sommarøya, 24.09.2010).
