31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Cloudy pale gold beer. Little white head. Very soft palate - dry. Lemony citrus and wheaty malt. A touch of chalk. Drinks well enough.

Bottle 330ml. @ Petalax Beer Festival 2010 - the 4th. edition.Light unclear light yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, soap, citrus - lemon, medicine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, peel bitter, citrus. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100702]
