0,5 l clear plastic bottle from Aldi. Also clear golden in the glass, small fast fading white head. Grainy malt and straw aroma with some bitter elements on the nose. Taste has grainy caramel, little bit dry, hints of fruity parts, less bitterness. Flat and boring aftertaste.

Half-litre plastic bottle: BB 17th Oct 19. Obtained from the Aldi store in Cochem, container deposit almost more than the cost of the beer! Anyway it's 11:30 on 17th July 19 and I've walked the dog, weeded the paths in my garden and sawn some wood for the Chimnia and it's all made me thirsty and this is my chosen thirst quencher. Poured into an old 'Schultheiss' glass, it looked fine, pale golden body, clean and clear, on top a white head that hung around longer than I expected. Light grainy nose and taste, grassy and floral undertones. Body is a bit 'watery' and once the initial refreshing gulp goes down it isn't really very good. Didn't really have high hopes of this cheap beer and my expectations were not surpassed.

Sampled from 0.5 l plastic bottle from local ’Aldi’, best before December 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, minimally grassy aroma of grains and hints of straw. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, a little grassy taste of grains and traces straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very inoffensive but absolutely okay and easily drinkable.

Plastic bottle @ family weekend in Germany, bought at local Getrankemarkt. Clear pale yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, a nice moderate bitterness, lightly hayish. Decent body and carbonation. Quite refreshing. Surprisingly decent.
