Hazy golden coloured body with a white head and a nice amount of bubbles. Aroma of hay, wheat and a bunch of dry coriander seed. Medium-bodied; Strong wheatie flavour with a lot of curacao and sweetness and a good dry character. Aftertaste is very nice with a cool, dry character showing a touch of sweetness on the finish. Overall, a nice wit with good characteristics and a surprising complexity. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Draeger’s Blackhawk in Danville, California on 18-March-2011 sampled in Danville, California.

6th June 2010. RBESG 10 Grand Tasting at the Brasserie 4:20 warehouse. Thanks to Wavers1 for the beer. Cloudy amber beer. No real head. Crisp palate. Nice tart marmaladish orange , slightly bitter. This is a one note beer but it stood out from the crown at this grand tasting and refreshed the palate very well.

Courtesy of ericandersnavy. Pours clear deep gold with copper core and white head. The aroma is full with apricots, apples, coriander, fresh Belgian yeasty spices, a touch of wheat and a thin layer of grain. It has a smooth blended flavor pulling up the fruity notes and spices and moving into smooth yet solid wheat. The flavors become more and more grainy into the finish and seem to round this thing out nicely.
