Bottle, 0.75l, shared with colleagues. Murky yellowish clay color with persistent medium creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast and spices. Taste starts light sweet grainy and sour yeasty, following is refreshing fruity and musty, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Very nice saison...

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, fruchtig, Gewürze. Geschmack trocken fruchtig, Gewürze, malzig.

Bottled@HBF2013. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes along with some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is earthy, herbal, citrusy with some funky and yeasty notes to it as well. Nice fruity and spicy aftertaste. Tasty and quite bodied for being only 4.7 %.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 28-02-2015 - lotto TE00213, at One Pint Pub, 20130508) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was quite large and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spices, sourness and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, spices, mildly earth, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, spicy and bitter. A very good mild saison.

Bottle courtesy of sebletitje, thanks Sebastian! The 33cl bottle pours with an effervescent clear deep gold body and supporting a tall off white head of foam. The aroma is yeasty, apricot and apple with a lime like sourness in the background. The taste is pretty bright with yeasty spicy notes mixed with sour lime and tart bitter lemon. Pretty nice with a slight sour wild yeast quality.

33cl bottle, BB 09/12/2013, lot#TE03311 Dorée sur léger trouble, col épais crémeux blanc/beige. Arôme est agréablement fleuri et herbacé pour un bouquet rappelant la camomille et autres feuilles de thé. Palais est malté léger, houblonné, fine amertume dans un style belge mais qui reste plus doux. Qcq pointes d’épices donnant sur des houblons nobles. Sèche axé sur un côté saison, note de grains, fruité vers abricot avec un léger fleuri. Comme souvent pour l’Italie, un point fort pour les étiquettes.

Bottle at the bar. Brewed by Civale for the Erbe 28 Bar. Very hazy amber beer, frothy white head. Typical saison like fruity nose. Crisp semi dry palate. Seltzer like minerals. Fresh malt with nice mild fruit flavours. A little creamy malt before the crisp finish that also carries a carbonated sting.

Amber colored. Hoppy nose with fruity and piney notes. Flavor like wise. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lots of citrus, and pomerans, leading to a dry wheay finish.
