6/4/2019. Cask at the Weighbridge Brewhouse, Swindon. Pumpclip simply said Village. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee, fruit, hops, malt, flowers and a little buttery biscuit. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Nothing to really shout about.
Clear dark golden color with a thick off white head. Ok lacing. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium (-) body and a soft carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Caramel malty, some fruity notes, grassy/herbal hoppy flavor. Mild stuff.

Had this at Oxford Beer Festival, Oxford, Thursday 17th October 2013 Dark gold in colour with slim white head. Not a bad effort from this new micro from Swindon. It is a good session ale a touch floral on nose with perhaps a light cheesiness also, hops restrained but present, good bittersweet balance, absolutely fine. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

On gravity at Swindon Beer Festival, 25/10/2012. Deep gold, with a slight white head. A great session beer, with biscuity malts, a touch of hedgerow fruit, grassy, slightly spicy hops and lingering bitter finish. Excellent.
