Bottiglia.

Pours an uncommon kind of golden that i can't describe better than 'pale dark golden' though it doesn't make any sense, slightly hazy. Very little head even with quite hard pouring, disappears quite quickly. Reasonably intense and fresh feeling aroma with citric notes taking the main stage (a quite rich citric profile, with lemon, bergamot, slight tangerine), vivid spiciness, a background hints of cereals. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, again with a nicely refreshing profile. Medium sweet, low to medium in bitterness, overall less sweet than the average blanche (which i like) with a slight hint of bergamot-like half refreshing/aromatic half dry/bitter finish and aftertaste. Light bodied with average carbonation, feels light in the mouth even for the style; super drinkable and very refreshing, perfect for summer. A well made blanche.

100ml on tap at Cafe Sånn. Piss yellow coloured body with a slight haze. Naked at the top. Ripe lemony nose, subdued spices. Moderately tart citrus nose, lemon and orange, backbone of wheat. Tart, sweet, half-dry ending. Refreshing to a certain degree (Tromsø 10.02.2017).

From 75cc bottle. Pours pale gold, with abundant white head with evaporates completely in seconds. Aroma is of mandarin, maybe bergamot. Body is medium, with some astringency. Taste is moderately sweet, with again the citrusy feelings dominating in an unbalanced way. It just feels like drinking some bad juice or cocktail.

bottle from ølbutikken. clear yellow, no head. champagne bubbles. Very flowery aroma, also citrussy notes, complex flowery and citrussy aroma, but a lot more spicy and not very yeasty or beery sourced aroma. lfavor is honey, flowers, mild elderflowers, faint malts, faint slightly citrussy note. In fact tastes is pretty good for an elderflower sodapop, not so much for a beer. Any way - taste is quite good, just not very beer’ish. Probably a hit with people who don’t like beer.

Bottle in Rome, purchased from Domus Birrae. Hazy pale gold beer, short lived bubbly white head. Light and crisp palate. Semi dry. Okay pale malt with a hint of cream. Subtle lemon citrus provides some interest. Honey and flowers were sublte and the oats bypassed me altogether. Alright.
