A golden orange beer with warm citrus notes that are balanced with bittersweet undertones. Initially dry and bitter, this is a ’delightful’ complex beer.

Cask. RBESG Rome 2010. Courtesy of Alex420. Slightly hazy golden with a rough white head. Sweetish fruity and somewhat citrusy nose. Light body, almost flat, fruity and citrusy with some bitterness. I would call this a typical Golden Ale - a bit to the hoppy side. 060610

6th June 2010. RBESG 10 Grand Tasting at the Brasserie 4:20 Warehouse. On tap - cheers Alex! Haxy gold beer. Light dry palate, a little soft. Light floral hops over an even malt base. Pleasantly floral but a little over dry.
