8.5 ounce bottle, with some age obviously. Pours a hazy brown with not much of head (and there was barely a hiss upon opening). Aroma of toffee, caramel, earth, cardboard, tart and dry fruits, faint hints of booze. The taste is sweet caramel, sunflower seeds, nuts, honey, oats, booze, candied berry like fruit notes, vanilla. Medium-full bodied, low carbonation, fairly hot. Solid beer. Interesting.

Honey and syrup thickness. Golden orange. Burnt red. No head. Nose is nose is like and English barkeywine. Toffee and figs. Hop bitterness and caramel. Ugh. Tastes terrible. Major boozy and chemical taste. Sweet medicinal finish. Do not buy. Whoa.

A hazed amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with yeast extract, umami, and floral hops. In mouth, sweet candy sugar with herbal hop, iodine, savoury umami, licorice, and sake alcohol burn.

Sehr süßer Antrunk mit hellen Malznoten, alkoholisch, zum Ende brennend, zu süß. Disharmonisch, penetrant. 9/10/8/9/11/9

(Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief frothy beige head. Fruity nose with dried fruit, orange peel, caramel, apricots, resin and slightly earthy, yeasty aromas emerging. Quite vinous. Fruity taste with notes of orange, citrus peel, dried fruit, apricots, caramel and generous amounts of resinous hops in a sweet and fiery finish with lots of warming alcohol. Full body, quite sweet with a long alcohol burn. Subtle is not really the word here. Quite powerful, but actually quite nice for sipping on a cold winter’s night.

Bottle shared by badnewsbeers. Medium orange-brown body, thin beige head to ring. Extracty nose with milky sugars, rice, and hot alcohol. Sweet, milky body with sharp grain, almost metallic, with harsh, hot alcohol heat. This experiment derailed.

Litt vel små flasker. Salgsgimmick med disse boksene. Altfor søt. Dessert i seg selv. Gylden amber farge med nesten null skum. Søt maltlig aroma med endel alkohol. Svært frukttig smak. En anelse krydret.
