En brown ale med rødder i dens forbillede Newcastle Brown Ale. Let drikkelig mørk øl med en hvis fylde og sødme. En god tørstslukker til hverdag og fest.

500 ml bottle, from Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg. ABV is 5.2%. Brown colour, large to moderate off-white head. The aroma has notes of brown malts, toffee and nuts. Also hints of wood and "dusty" hops. The flavour has a nice malty character throughout, but is not very sweet. Notes of brown malts and nuts, hints of fruit, very moderate but noticeable hops in the finish. Drinks well. At least it is better than Newcastle Brown Ale.
