Brewed in collaboration with Amundsen Brewery from Oslo, this imperial stout will definitely cast a spell over you and change your opinion on dark beer forever! Packed full of a delicious sweet caramel aroma and complemented by a complex yet indulgent malt bill. This boozy little number might be 10%, but its thick and smooth mouthfeel will be thoroughly enjoyed with every sip taken.

Collaboration with Amundsen will always get my vote. Caramel, toffee, chocolate, fabulous

Keg @ Salt Beer Factory Tap Room, Saltaire. Black with a thin light brown head. Full of chocolate in both aroma and taste, quite smooth, and full tasting as you might expect.

Dark black pour; aromas of cream, vanilla, coffee, some caramel and sugar; flavours are similar with some cocoa/chocolate and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Decent, but not breathtaking.

On tap at Brewdog Doghouse - Edinburgh, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is rather cloying and artificial, with loads of butterscotch, caramel corn, and brown sugar. Flavour somehow is much more tolerable, with lots of caramel malt, butterscotch ice cream, and a little chocolate and vanilla. I can hardly believe there's no adjuncts in this. Very sweet, though somehow shy of cloying. It's well-made but not my type of imperial stout.
