Deep caramel and crisp amber coloured body with a thinnish, single to two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of deep and pungent grassy and herbal hops with a light dose of alcohol, but a good amount of caramel malt noticeable. Medium-bodied; Strong malt bite at first with a good dash of caramelised sugars, some light toffee, but a good deal of malted barley and biscuity notes with some yeast and a dash of resin, but the deeper floral and grassy malts are strong throughout. Aftertaste shows a nice light bitterness from the grassy and herbal hops with some soft sweetness from caramelised sugars and even treacle, with a dry hop bite from the herbal hops that shows a light bitterness, but surprisingly a good deal of alcohol shows through as well. Overall, a nice and pungent APA with a good deep hop bite and rich malt body with a good balance throughout and a lot of pungent flavours, especially for the style. I sampled this sixteen ounce, full pint pour on draught at Open Range [restaurant] in Bozeman, Montana on 29-July-2020, while eating dinner with my family.

Tap. Pours crystal clear golden, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is Mosaic indeed dank, resinous, light guava. Flavors is light sweet, light bitter, mosaic on display, not super powerful, but clean. Lightish body is a bit of a distraction.
