This gluten free blonde belgian ale is made with sorgham, brown rice, and molassas, rather than the typical barley backbone, to make it 100% gluten free. It uses a Belgian yeast that imparts fruit notes and a tart, wine-like flavor. Delicious and refreshing, we wanted to give everyone something to enjoy.

Tap. Press clear pale golden, very small white head, some lacing. Aroma of, grains, rice, bread. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, spiciness from the sorghum, molasses apparent as well. Light body, lingering bite. Damn, I am so glad I am not lactose intolerant.
