Küsten, meaning “coastal” in German is our Session IPA. It has a basic malt backbone of pale ale and crystal malts. To throw in a fun time, we are used various finishing hops with each batch. This version with Pacific Jade and Mosaic hops gives fresh citrus and herbal notes with a spicy bittering finish.

Tap. Pours clear orange, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is light overall, pine, floral, black tea. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, tea notes, a tad vegetal. Light plus body.
