22nd December 2011: Cork and caged 0.75 litre brown bottle: I have a feeling this brewery brews the same beers under different names, no proof, just a hunch. Anyway, this bottle was poured into a couple of ’Palm’ tulips and an Augustijn chalice without any sediment leaving the bottle. All three glasses held an orange brew, almost clear but not quiet see-through: each on top had a good foaming head. The beer had very little aroma, some fruity, flowery esters along with a hnits of yeast. The taste was fairly bland, a disappointment to be honest: weak flavours of not much, some yeast remains and a semi-sweet malt feel to it, the hops offering nothing to the brew. Wish I’d spent my money on something else. Would have struggled to finish the bottle without help.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yerllow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Week metallic note. Some fruits present also. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. A little boring.

Bottle 750ml.Light unclear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, dark fruity, light caramel, grass, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
