Tap at BPBW 2025, 2025 vintage. Blackish body, off-white head. Creamy vanilla, chocolate aroma, light orange somehow. Creamy chocolate and vanilla in the taste, heaps of it, with a dash of alcohol, but nice and smooth. Not bad at all!

Dark brown. No head. Aroma is sweet and chocolatey, more or less, maybe vanilla. Body is fairly big, lots of sugar, but there's a burnt quality to it, and not in a creme brulee kind of way. More like burnt coffee. The sweet elements here aren't balanced well...what I get is that alcohol and roast are contribute bitterness, but hops are not. This means that the type of bitterness doesn't mesh well with some of the overt sweet chocolatey notes. It's not a bad beer, but these seem like structural flaws that could be managed with more hop and a longer boil.

Can, tasting ar Ryan's
The colour is near black. Mild aroma of dark chocolate. Full bodied, sweet; dark chocolate flavour, vanilla, then milk chocolate; warming alcohol.
Not very complex, but still very good.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 05/Apr/2023). Very dark brown with minimal to no beige head. Burnt roast (especially on the nose), touch of condensed milk like quality, roast chocolate. A bit too burnt, but okay.
