Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen
Cloudy blond color, small head. The aroma is mild, with fresh fruity hops, but also some yeast (maybe cheese too), and overall it doesn’t seem fresh anymore. Sweetish malt and toffee flavor, with a good mouthfeel and body strength, with a hint of honey; strange hop mix, the result is biscuity, piney and grassy altogether. The final shows sweet toffee and a good, mild blend of fruity and resiny hops, therefore being more attractive than the rest. Pleasant brew.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Slightly dim golden body with a big foamy off-white head. Nice aroma of citric fruit dominated by peaches and a hint of pine. Flavor is citric fruity with some caramel malt and a rough bitter finish. Somehow plain, but damn nice.

On tap at KØ-10. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a big, creamy, off-white head. Peaches, citrus, resin and pinecones on the nose, leaving the malts in the far, far back. The same goes for the flavor, there’s malty body there for sure, but it’s the resiny, bitter hops that run the show. Almost astringently bitter actually. There’s some pale malts in the end, but also here the hops are in lead. By far. A nice and flavorful one, but too one-dimensional to get a really high score. 100705

On tap. Clear golden with a small white head leaving laces. Intensely peachy aroma with lots of citrus as well. Medium body, lightly sweet fruit accents and then loads of crisp, fresh hops. Finishes dry. Really delicious. 060510

Draught@CPH BeerFest2010. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some mild catpissy and wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same, but is nicely carried up by some maltyness as well.
