A complex aroma with lactic acidity, brett caractrer but also a bit of over popped popcorn.
Excellent taste with much carracter.

Poured light orange in color with almost no head.
Tart, funky and dry. Apricotty. Wheaty, tart and mouth drying. Light farmyardy notes obviously. Good.
