Spodně kvašený tradiční ležák zlatavé barvy, plné chutí a silným řízem.Zajímavou chuť dodává pivu chmel od našich protinožců z Nového Zélandu oblasti Motueka. Chmel u protinožců neroste naruby ani se netočí na jinou stranu. Novozélanďané pěstují chmel v oblastech Motueka, Riwaka na nízkých konstrukcích a honosí se "již 150. letou tradicí". Jde o chmel jiných odrůd než je náš aromatický “žatecký poloraný červeňák”. Brigádníky jsou zpravidla dospělí lidé z okolních ostrovů nebo Vietnamci. Sklizeň probíhá od konce února do poloviny března.

Tap at GBBF 2013. It pours pale gold with a small white head. The nose is dough, earth, light citrus, straw, hay and cereal. The taste is earth, dough, grassy bitterness, leaf, touch of citrus, underlying sweetness, icing sugar and straw with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very drinkable hopped-up lager.

Tap at Richtar Jakub. Dark golden color with medium off-white head. Strong malty aroma together with some fruitiness, bitter hops. Malty, perfume taste with honey, biscuits, fruits. ice long hoppy bitterness in overall fruity finish. Good.

Tap at Richtar Jakub. Aroma quite mild, malty, light hops. Huge lasting head. Clear golden colour. Taste is balanced grassy hoppy, honey malty. Good, but not exceptional. 5 4 6 3 13 Rerate. Aroma fruity, light hops, pineapple. Stable creamy head, lightly hazy orangeish gold colour. Taste is balanced, sweetish malt, light bitterness. Hops goes a bit more forward in finish with nice fruity exotic flavour. Thin body. A lot of space for improvement.

Znakomity lager premium. Czeska solidnosc w tym gatunku chyba nie ma sobie rownych w swiecie. Wspaniale pachnie nowozelandzkim chmielem (Nelson Sauvin) i piekna trwala i puszysta piana jak to w kazdych czeskich piwach. Zywiczny posmak, gozkie bardzo i wytrawne. Brak filtracji objawia sie lekka metnoscia i sprawia ze piwo nie dosc ze jest smaczne to jeszcze zdrowe.

Plastic bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks beerandbeyond. Hazy grayish deep golden. Aroma of overripe fruits and some veggie notes. Flavor of overripe fruits, a bit rotten, some DMS and a slightly bitter finish. Light-medium-bodied.

Bottle @ Århus / Randers newyears tasting at Hansen and Zita. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head lively small bubbles. Aroma of malt, sweet fruit, honey, citrusly hops. Flavor is malt, honey, abit fruity, acidic, bitter citrusly hops. Medium body, lively carbonation, bitter acidic finish. 281212

1l Plastic bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Week acetic notes but still ok. Average light bitter finish. oily palate.
