Spodně kvašený tradiční ležák zlatavé barvy, plné chutí a silným řízem.

Small white head, fed by fine but lazy carbonation in hazy pale-orange beer. Aromatic hops wafting up upon opening, but also a point of acidity, acetic, and one strange herb piking. Bitterish, bit roasted-like and meaty at the same time. Acidity from the nose does not perpetrate into the flavour. Again this one herb-flavour - the special hops, no doubt? Bitterness is intense for a single moment, then immediately mellowing. Light body, quite carbonated. Hardly any aftertaste, just the carbonation dwindling. Decent, if unspectacular lager. Děkuji, Honza!

Keg at Euston Tap. Either this beer is downright awful or the keg from which I sampled had gone bad. Sour in both aroma and flavor. Just the slightest hints of hops. I’m gonna say expired. Nothing ’premium’ about this.

Lahev: Golden, small and stable white head, a bit hazy; rural barnyardy nose with yeast and distinctive hoppy traces; demi-sec bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering hoppy and fruity finish. Not bad, but I expected more....

bottle from Zly Casy. Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Intensive aroma of green hops. Malty base with good citursy hop flavours, resulting in a (shy) bitter-sweet character. Not as nice as the Amarillo lezak but still pretty good.
