We've been letting off some steam up at the brewhouse. 20kg of fresh root ginger, Muscovado sugar, and a sprinkling of chili flakes have all combined to create this warming dark ale.

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Dark amber-brown with an off-white creamy head. It's crisp and the light ginger inclusion works well with its light tasting dark malts. It's somewhat smooth in texture and a spiciness does grow a little as you get into the brew.
