Cask @ Whitelocks, Leeds. Golden with a creamy head. It’s a pale ale with a notable strength, is hoppy with a good texture to it. There’s hints of fruit.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 28 July 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with resin, pine needles, citrus and fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, chewy malt, resin, pine needles, citrus, toffee and a generous piney/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a generous hop presence. Nice one.
