bottle from holbæk. clear brown with a red hue, very large offwhite head. the initial impression of the aroma is floral hoppy. then i get some honey and some citrussy notes, and some sour and sweet notes i think is from yeast and malts. flavor is quite full, and it tastes good. sweet malty base, some dryness towards the end, honey notes, dry bitter english style hops , but also more flowery notes. I like the way the beer is rounded up by a good dose of bitterness, makes it appear quenching. Flavor reminds me of Danish macro easter beers, only a bit more refined than the macro ones of course. Nice one..
