Handpump @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Dorata carica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di fruttate e floreali, di mela, leggero diacetile. In bocca รจ morbida, dolce all'attacco con finale appena amaro. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Nostalgia...

From the pump at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold with minimum white foam. Aroma is resinous, fruity, herbaceous. Body is average, with no carbonation. Taste moderately set, with subtle bitterness. Finish is quite short.
