Cask @ Gas Lamp, Manchester. Black with a thick creamy-frothy off-white head and at a very palatable strength. There's a decent gravity to the ale despite being a low strength dark ale, and it has a sweetened aftertaste. There's some roasted malt notes in both aroma and taste.
