Our Amber Ale is a full bodied, American-style amber with a rich copper color which comes from the roasted Crystal and Munich malts. We use Cascade and Galena hops to achieve the unique, fresh flavor and robust finish that is long and complex on the palate.

Aromas of caramel malt and floral hop. Hazy reddish amber color with a white/beige head that ringed rapidly. Medium body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. The flavor is bready/caramel malt and citrus and a touch of funk. The finish is sort of citrus sour/sweet with a little hop bitter to go along. A balanced finish, but it seems "dusty".

This beer came to me in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a ruby chestnut color with a medium sized tan head. The aroma was grapefruit and fairly strong nutty malts. The flavor was a complete disappointment given the nice aroma - bitter, thin and a bit vinegary with only a moderate floral hop element to give it any distinction.

Bottle; Nose is roasty with some fruit and a little caramel note; slighty hazy amber with a small beige head; Flavor of caramel malt with a small hop bite for a finish and a fairly thick body.

Dark copper color with a nice sized tan head. Aroma is a subtle maltiness with some hops. Taste is also matly with a nice hop kick, caramel, and roastiness. Definitely not too sweet, very nice balance of flavors in an amber ale.

Bottle Pours a dark reddish amber. Decent tan head and good lacing. Aroma is of dark roasted grain. A bit strong for an amber. Tastes a bit woody and like tea. Fairly bitter, not much hopps. Otherwise unremarkable.

Dark amber; caramel, band-aid, earth, caramel on the palate. Simple. The phenols and slight oxidation indicate a sample past its prime (though still drinkable).
