Unclear and hazy amber. Dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Aroma of American hops, grape fruit, pine and malt sweetness. Citrus marmelade in taste, with good bitterness. Quite long and bittersweet aftertaste. Better harmony in aroma than in taste.

Flaske fra Prohibition Wines, delt med Ovesen: grumset, som mørk og upusset kobber. Mye skum som blir hengende. Masser av herlig humlearoma (citrus, grape og furunål) og litt malt. Balansen er bedre ivaretatt i aroma enn i smak, selv om den svært humlepregede smaken forsåvidt er god. Minner om mange av Mikkeller sine tilsvarende ipa-versjoner.

Bottle, 6.5% Hayy dark amber/brown with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, little caramel, little pine and a little grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, llittle sweet, little earthy, pine, grapefruit and quite bitter.

330ml bottle from Borough Wines, Stoke Newington. Pours a nice mahogany brown. Fresh resinous hops with some subtle touches of pineapple and mango (although that could be the mango I was eating just prior to opening this) with a smooth bitter finish. Very enjoyable and well crafted.

Bottled, 33cl. Poured cloudy, dark amber, thick head. Inviting aroma, pine, citrus fruits, some caramel and yeast. Flavor has grapefruit, pine, sweet oranges, some berries perhaps in there as well. Finish is bitter and long. Slightly alcoholic in the end. Solid IPA.

Bottle at The Black Dove, Brighton, Saturday 8th March 2014 Pours light amber with filmy white head. Fairly steady hop aroma, nice hoppy bite with a little juicy grapefruit showing. Mmhh...I really quite liked this, a nice drop! A7 A3 T8 P3 Ov15 3.6

Bottle from Good Taste Food and Drink, Crystal Palace. Dark amber pour with a white head. Aromas of wet moss, pine, citrus and pineapple. Flavours of grapefruit- full on fruit burst- and a modicum (like that word) of coriander. Sharp hop bite. Good stuff.

Aroma of tropical fruits, orange, bit grassy, bitter zest, good hoppy nose, some fruity caramel malt
Taste of juicy fruity sweet malts, orange, tangerine, orange zest, orange jelly flavours, very fruity hops
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, smooth oily texture, rather sweet, zingy fruits, orange zest, sweet juicy malts. Finish as main flavour, nice juicy bitter zest on the tail, clean finish.
Overall - Really liked this IPA - great work, very fresh

Bottle shared by Chris at the RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a near clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a dank pine and earthy grain note with a touch of grapefruit. Flavor has earth grain and pine combination with a bit of grassiness backing.
