From bottle, very little head, murky red colour, berries light maltiness tomatoes and some feral notes, quite sour but not overly sharp with just a hint of sweetness. Nice and drinkable.

440ml can as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. I'm still not 100% sure what a tayberry is. The beer is bluish purple, hazy but looks a bit thin with an uneven ring of bluish-white head. Juicy aroma, lots of blueberry, a little raspberry and red grape. Touch of funk. Tart and sour in the beginning, with ust a window of sweetness about 30% in. Waves of tartness cascade through. More underripe blueberry in the finish. Medium body and carbonation. It's not overly exciting, it's just another example of Vault City doing what they do very well. I lime their gimmicky beers but a 'back to the basics' fruit sour like this is always welcome.

Their untappd online selection was out of date, so this was not the beer I was looking for. That had gone. Fair quite sour fruity replacement. Good berries.
