Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and unfermented malt. The body is thin. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a clear nutty brown with a creamy and lacing beige head. Sweet burned caramel in the nose and mash. Thin body, first a little caramel, then heavy metal notes and bad puppy breath. Ends dryish. 150211

Amber with off white head - sweet and malty with hints of hop, with a short thin finish - better then expected, ok

Bottle. It surprised me with it’s clear, dark brown body and nice finger-thick off-white to beige head, but the aroma and flavor was unfortunately more like expected. Worse actually. It has a sweetish wort-aroma with loads of dish-washing water added, some cough medicine blending in and a generic puke-like touch. The flavor is a tad better, starting with sweet wort in a slightly bad way, then lots of caramel chimes in, accompanied by roasted malts and sugar. Some fruityness too, probably from hops, but there’s not much. Not much bitterness either, but there’s some, both hoppy and roasted, Fizzy, medium body that leaves a sugary fur on your teeth, and dries up after a while. Sticky-sweet finish with roasted malts and a hint of bitterness. Didn’t finish the bottle, not by far, and will certainly not revisit this one. 091220

330ml dark green bottle shared with Frau Eva. The best part is its deep rosewood body appearance. Just a tiny off-white surface. Smell of grainy chocolate. Rugged sweet grain in flavour. Thin bodied, but, in fact, better than expected (Tromsø, 29.11.2009).

330 ml green bottle. Non-alcoholic Yule/Christmas beer, sold only in REMA 1000 stores. Mahogany coloured beer, big beige head. Typical n/a beer aroma of malts, baby porridge and over-boiled vegetables. The flavour is malty with hints of caramel, not too sweet, lacks hops and any kind of "bite", but is not undrinkable.
