Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a modest, off-white head. Brett aroma with malt and yeast notes. Fairly sweet flavor with fruits, malt, must and some acidity. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes mildly sour and funky. Nice beer.

Bottle Pours out a cloudy dark gold topped with a small head. Aroma is all Brett at the time along with some fruit and bread. Taste more of the Brett some sweet grass and a little bite of cherries.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy tart aroma. Fruity malty and slightly tart grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish with some tart hints in the aftertaste.

Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #2. ]Hazy medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, horse blanket - barnyard, tart, wood fruity, brett. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100327]

Hazy orange with a medium beige head and floaties. Sour aroma with sour berries and lacto. Flavour was sour with sour red berries, brett, lacto and malty notes.. Finished dry and sour.

Bottle @ PapsΓΈ, tasting pt. 2. Tasted blind. Pours muddy orange with small sediments floating anf a creamy head on top. Nose is vaguely oxidized. Very yeasty and bretty. Spicy and yeasty flavor with a vague tartness. Full bodied. Great vinousness. Dry end. Nice

Pours cloudy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of brett funk and bread dough. Sweet and doughy with a hefty dose of brett. Medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Good stuff.

750 ml bottle at Churchkey. Pale cloudy orange with a gigantic head, settles quickly to great lacing. Aroma of orange peel. Taste begins with malt and freshly rising bread then progresses to a bit of sourness and a background fo light spice. Very nice.
