This style of beer was known as the best German ale ever made. Made with the perfect balance of malt barley and hops. The beer is a light brown/amber color. Very light mouth feel with a hint of roasted notes which gives it a dry finish. We used Saaz hops to give it that German lager taste. But it is an ale!

Tap. Pours clear deep amber, small off-white head, dissipates slowly, decent lacing. Aroma is roasty, nutty, a bit of grain, toffee, toast. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Light body. Clean - solid example of the style.
