We had Stuffed aubergine rolls with melting mozzarella. Pours black with a large tan head. Well this is a case of a beer being very accurately described. Chocolate starts the show but then dried fruits soaked in spirits, I guess rum working it's magic here. Rich, indulgent but surprisingly very drinkable for the abv, lovely rich chocolate throughout, excellent beer.
