Bottle courtesy of Nick (brewer) cheers Nick! Had this at home Thursday 19th November 2020 whilst listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Pours light/mid gold with a white head, there is a tiny bit of haze, like the No:1 it's a good looker. A tiny bit of citrus and pepper on the nose. Nice soft mouthfeel, light buzzy tingling from the bubbles. Good bitterness, the Magnum hops very workmanlike and offering up a nice counterpunch to the more elegant Cascade which itself throws a right hook loaded up with a big dollop of grapefruit and lemon and pithiness all round. Good.
