As an off-shoot from a collab with Abbeydale in spring 2018, we aged two versions of the beer on different strains of Brettanomyces yeast, we added some locally foraged blackberries to this one

Bottle picked up from Hoptimism online shop. We're listening to Steve Lamacq on 6 Music Tuesday 8th January 2018 Isobel and Berry are here and we have a Three Cheese Lasagne for tea. Pours hazy dirty amber with I guess a slight pinky red hue and with a small white head. Wonderfully tangy, zappy and fruity beer, Brett shows, it's funky but also with lots of grapefruit (pink grapefruit) and some mint, in fact quite a bit of mint, I like this a lot, a great beer, refreshing, nice.
