Sweet/sour aroma of cocoa, and burnt malt. Flavor is loaded with metal, sour cocoa and more burnt malt. This bottle must have been off, mind you by looking at the other ratings...... Maybe not.

Bouteille 341ml.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Dark brown body, close to black with a diminishing off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is a bit light roasted malt, strong coffee, dry fruit and a hint of acidity. Promising but not great.

Bottle, at KØ-10. A minimal-sized off-white head sits on top of a clear, dark brown body. The aroma has coffee and some chocolate, and lots of raisins. The flavor is raisins and coffee, finishing roasted with raisins and cold coffee. Medium body, quite dry. A decent beer, a bit boring though, with the finish being the most interesting part. 100508

Bottled @ Copenhagen 2010. Big buttery mess. I appreciate the effort the brewmaster put in it, also to serve me a proper glass. But the beer just isn’t good, and it certainly is pronounced between all the good Danish brews, but not in a good way...

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear dark brown, brief head. Sweet, fruity and ashy. Buttery and only lightly roasty with soap and some strange caramel flavour. Fairly light bodied with rounded mouthfeel and slight metallic finish.
