Bottle at La Cabraliega, Arenas de Cabrales, Pico’s de Europe, Spain, Sunday 15th June 2014 Pours yolky yellow, the little electronic cider dispense man ( I cannot explain without a photo) ensures that this is poured with a perfectly fizz. Leaves you a bit burpy and there is a nice dry appleyness a little furry appleskin bite. V.good. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3
