Bottle picked up at Webbs of Wychbold, a huge Garden Centre signposted off of the M5 and between Droitwich and Bromsgrove, Worcs 13-04-09 consumed 14-04-09. Pours warm gold and perfectly clear. There is a very clean rain soaked apple aroma, but very clinically clean with little else of note. The taste is fresh, crisp and a little tangy. Quite sweet but just get the feeling its a little sacchrinney sweet, the clean taste comes through again and its not over sweet at all. I like this but strange as it might seem its just too clinical for its own good and comes across as being closer to a commercial style cider than a smaller producer, there is no big juiciness, over ripe or cooked apples, thats said its decent, refreshing and absolutely fine.
