Brewed in two batches of 1000L on our small brewhouse, this beer spent its early days in steel tanks before half was transferred into Bushmills whiskey barrels with the other half taking up residence in red wine barrels from Italy. In these culturally diverse wooden homes the beer aged gracefully before the two halves were eventually reunited in a carefully balanced blend.

TRO: Tap Room Only, but also available.at other great taprooms... Draft at Festival Vatgerijpt Gist. Color: Almost black, very thin beige head. Aroma: Vinuous red wine, roasted malt. Taste: Dry mouthfeel, vinuous red wine. A lot of oak wood. Roasted malt. Very dry finish. Moderate to over moderatr sweet and bitter. Nice.
