630ml bottle - thanks to omhper. Sampled during a rating session at Finn’s in Tromsø. Only a white, filmy layer over a slightly unclear, orange body. Zesty and fruity aroma. Taste of tart fruits dominated by lemon with some spicy notes.Yeasty hints towards the end (23.02.2007).

Draught, 5.0% at SBWF06. Sewer aroma. Hazy golden colour. The flavour has a fruity acidity and leaves a rather high bitterness at the front of my mouth. Not very complex. 4 3 5 3 10
Bottle, 3 months past BB date. Weak hop aroma, hint of phenols. Quite cloudy golden colour. Rather mild flavour, hint of cardboard, but OK. High carbonation. 5 3 5 3 12

Draught. Hazy pale golden color, not much head. Sweetish butterscotchy aroma. Light hoppy, weak palate, a bit sweetish, but reasonably balanced. Hops rise nicely in the aftertaste.

Draught. Blonde (yellowish golden) colour, small white head. Aroma is hops and salts. Flavour is typical Kölschish, salts, hops and malts with some slight fruity hints. Clean Kölsch though, and quite refreshing.

(Draught, Stockholm Beer Festival, 29 Sep) Golden yellow colour, leaning towards orange, huge white head. Malty and bready nose with notes of tropical fruit. Same goes for the taste: malty, bready with tropical fruit. Crisp, fresh, grassy hop character in the finish. Nice and refreshing.

[Draught at the brewpub] Hazy golden, brief head. Fruity nose with some light grassy hops. Light-medium bodied with well rounded, lively mouthfeel. Very drinkable with plenty of aromatic hops but careful bitterness.
