Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Nearly black color. The aroma is a variation of a known theme: dusty burnt malts, this time with a rather pleasant cookie touch, pepparkakor. Dry mouthfeel, roasted and burnt malt flavor, ashes. Too much.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Pitch black, airy head. Dry with low carbonation and medium body, dense mouthfeel. Coffee and dusty asphalt gradually turns into salty licorice over aniseed. Well controlled and well balanced. Lovely!
