Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, and hops as well as light notes of spices - good impression of the Centenniel hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as strong notes of hops lending it notes of citrus and lighter notes of dust and grass.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy golden with a dense, rough, white head leaving some laces. Fresh and lightly perfumy nose. Medium body, sweet fruit accents, some yeast and a fairly bitter finish. Extremely pressurized bottle - almost exploded, without gushing though. 200409

cloudy yellow, huge thick white head. looks very good indeed. aroma is nicely smooth, hoppy, pine, faint grapefruit, very beautiful mild, yet powerfull aroma. flavor is sweet, pine, bog-myrtel, some bitterness. the composition is slighly too sweet and not dry enough to make me yell wow.
