0.3l tap. Unclear yellow, creamy head. Elderflower, sourdough, grassy hops, hay and straw, bread, lemon. Mild dry hoppy zesty bitterness, light sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy citrussy finish. Nice and refreshing!

On tap at Tap Milano. Cloudy golden with large lasting white head. Malty, grainy, bitterish. Soft texture. Easy going pilsner. Light bodied.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale gold with medium white foam. Aroma is dedicate, somehow weak, of grain and grass. Body is somehow light but with lots of carbonation. Taste is malty but with good bitterness. Eventually, the latter is what you notice. Body not too light for the bitterness. Finish is average. Overall, a nicely balanced beer.

Gravity keg at Fass&Cask in Rome-Italy. Dark gold pour, nice cap. Nose: truly rustic, intense grainy feel, little hoppy notes. Mouth: in style with a rustic orientation, a bit shy tough. Tasty anyway! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
