A4 draught, 8/13/26.
Soft, fuzzy, gently sweet and heavily melony. Good pils malt-like honey character. Easygoing, clean, polished, aromatic. Classic Messorem.
Sweet lime and light bitterness with a good punch of chewy malt, drying out on the finish with the bitterness remaining nicely. Soft, fuzzy, succulent, tropical citrus and a dry finish. Delicate, yet flavorful. Like the slightly above average bitterness here. Good complexity of hop.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, light citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at l'autre oeil.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours a fairly hazy deep gold with a decent eggshell head and spotty lace. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon and lime peels, tangerine, underripe pineapple, some soapy melon, citrus pith, grassy herbs, soft cannabis. Flavour is semi-sweet, grapefruit, lime peels, underripe pineapple, melon, soft orange, quite floral, a little soapy (Strata), soft cereal core to it, very dusty and herbal/floral soapy in the finish, tangy fresh pineapple grapefruit pith and papaya, bone dry aftertaste though soft bitterness present. Light to medium bodied, oily, softly carbonated. Quirky business as I'd expect from this hop trio, Strata being a bit of a tough one for me but Motueka a fave.
