Botle 75 cl. Pours a hazy brownish with an off-white head. The nose is nutty with sweet brown sugar. Solid body, heavy carbonation, roasted malts, sweet caramel and nuts - and yes I believe I can detect some chestnut. No real biterness but quite some alcohol. 100910

Hazy pale amber with a small white head. Aroma of bready malt, yeast and fruit. Sweetish yeasty and fruity flavour with a bready pilsner malt-like note

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of nuts, malt, caramel, and vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, but also with an acidic edge, leading to a dry acidic finish.

4th June 2010. Bottle. Clear brown beer. Good off white head. Light crisp palate. Fairly dry malt but rich and tangy. Nice generic fresh fruit flavours. Finishes dry. Pretty good stuff!

No head left. Copper-amber beer. Astringency in the nose, solvent, bitterish. Sweet-sour taste, unbalanced, going into sharpish MF, more acidity and astringency, and thin body. More than probably infected.
