A little murky, purple-red colour with lots of the fruit purée sticking to the glass. Beautiful, fresh berry aromas. Some good sourness blends with the fruits in the flavours. Apricots, blueberries and a touch of strawberries, blackberries with the blackcurrant hints. This might be my favourite Smoothie Sour from this brewery. Refreshing, sour, and packed with fruits.

(473ml can from Intermarche Saint-Jean, Quebec City) Pours opaque dull pinkish-red with a thick deep pink head and some fruity lace. Aroma is dried apricot and cassis-forward, floral strawberry accents, some blueberry melding with the cassis, orange pulpy citrus that might be lacto-induced and some wheat-like cereals Flavour is less boldly fruity than the nose suggests, low sweetness for a smoothie and lightly lactic-tart with some yoghurt feel, notes of dark forest berries and a little strawberry ice cream with backing hints of pit fruit, light tannins, a bit earthy maybe, not really popping for me though. Decent amount of cereal presence in the back end and retronasals. A lot of tannic bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. Light to medium-bodied for a smoothie, not exceptionally thick, slightly gritty texture, no carb. Decent enough but I felt like the flavour was weak compared to the nose and the texture leaves a little to be desired.
