Fruity Pebble Cheesecake Sour a la Mode is probably the best thing Bedrock or anywhere else has ever tasted. We loaded it up with cherry, tangerine, lemon and lime, then we threw in a bunch of granola and cream cheese to dial in that sweet and crusty goodness that’s got us droolin’ like Dino. Yabba Dabba Du Jour.

Один из лучших смузяк что были на фесте. Очень ярко, сладко и много пироженого прям, хотя про сыр вопрос для меня, так как ягоды очень перебивают все остальное.

Pours hazy red with a minimal white head. Aroma: red berries, vanilla and sugary malts. Taste: red berries, mint and loads of vanilla. Drinks good.

Small draft at Open Door. Kind of fisher's or of the tap, time spent by the bartender. Black Cherry Jello with a Slurpee vibe. Nose is quite fruit, variable more so than any "fruity" cereals. And the cream cheese and graham cracker are in the nose, too. Taste is very WHOAH! Full-on fruity cheesecake flavor. Still a little tartness as a reminder of its sour beer origin. Just totally dialed in!

Pours a deep, blood red, with smallish head. Aroma is tart cherry, with a hint of cheesecake sourness. Flavors follow, with some citrus in the mix. This is good, but a bit heavy on the sour cherry flavor--they need to dial up the cheesecake and graham cracker crust bits to balance things out.
