This beer follows in the veing of all three Arise and Cease iterations as well as the Heirloom collaboration, which was a real sister beer to those. This batch was brewed with spelt, barley, and oats. It was hopped with mostly noble hops as well as a small amount of some more modern varietals, which balance classic florality with sublte peach, citrus, and melon. The fermentation on this is at the forefront, it has a soft acidity and a bright Brett profile in the more citrus-ester (and less phenolic) profile we prefer.

Original review text: Hazy, and a bit dull colour. Just a thin head. Honeyish aroma, floral with light brett. A bit tart, with a floral note, and has some melon and pomelo. Light body, a touch of huskiness, and refined fermentation character.
