Savory and slightly vegetal elderberry nose. Cloudy amber, medium head. Fish and saffron. Medium body, easy carbonation, resinous. Very herbal, which I would like better in a saison.

12 ounce bottle from Kroger Charlottesville Barracks, 1/10/20. Hazy dark orange, large tan head, fair retention. Aroma of jasmine, cat piss, tropical fruit, pale malt. Weird. Taste is extremely strong floral notes. Jasmine (I guess), honeysuckle. Some palt malt. Medium bodied, low bitterness. OK I guess, but very weird.

Bomber between five at the March Bottle Share in Chez Sophie: courtesy of me. Weak white covering on the golden pour. Jasmine led floral nose, the taste also appeared to be ’flowery’ in nature (never eaten Jasmine knowingly, a few blooms when pissed of course, table decorations usually). Liked it’s ’subtlety’, not a word I often use when writing about West Coast USA beers.

Bomber @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, thanks to Jeremy! Pours a generally clear gold, thin white head. Floral bubblegum aroma. Taste has big bubblegum, floral jasmine. Moderately sweet. Really nice.

On tap at Elysian Fields. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is floral and grass. Medium body, strong jasmine, grass, tylenol, ok.

Bottle from Hatos Bar. Clear gold copper with a medium-sized soapy eggshell-colored head. Some honey and jasmine tea all over the nose. Taste is fairly well-balanced until the jasmine kicks in on the finish and lingers. Very weird tea-like beer.
