Clear but very dark red - brown beer. Apples and pears and a trace of emulsion paint on the nose. Fairly dry palate, low carbonation. Porter like. Dry dark malt, not bitter or roasty. Unusual fruits - cherry, melon and pear. Dry finish with a bitterish aftertaste. A little off the beaten track and quite drinkable.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a warm reddish dark brown with a beige head. Light body, heavy carbonation. Dark hard roasted malts, dried fruits and citrusy fruits. Rather bitter finish. Doesn’t really have that "dark feel". Unusual beer. 200210
