Kasteel Wit is a fresh wheat beer offering an aroma of citrus notes and freshly grated ginger. The taste is superbly balanced between the zesty citrus, spicy ginger and biscuity maltiness. The harmonious blend of sweet, sour and spicy flavors is topped with coriander and lemongrass for a crisp, dry and refreshing finish.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice lemon and ginger like the can says. Flavor is more lemon and white malt with some coriander spice in there. Mouth feel is creamy with some of the coriander left on the tongue as this goes down. This was a pretty good wit.

Bubblegum, strawberry, lemon zest, butterscotch, and straw. Sweet and yeasty, with a touch of zesty bitterness. Light, fluffy, and grainy. Bright, aromatic, yeasty, and delicious.

From Beer Drop. Code on bottom of can makes no sense to me.
It pours a hazy orange with plenty of foam, great retention and lacing.
The smell is wheat, coriander, fruity, hint of clove, yeasty.
The taste is wheat, mild sweetness, coriander, light clove, fruity, little bit of banana. Tasty.
Mouthfeel is light, good Wit that I would drink again.

Gold pour. Lots of lace around the glass. Nice thin foamy head. Nice malt with spice notes. Good balance of spice and malt, neither overwhelming. Medium bodied and medium carbonation

Lemon, pear, coriander nose. Shimmering golden, medium head, nice lace. Pear, coriander, oats, lemon. Medium body, soft carbonation. Wow! Surprisingly well rounded wit. This brewery is very underrated.

Hazy yellow vodka with a large foamy white head that lingered. Yeasty with lime, coriander and lemongrass. Long finish. Medium body
